Æfiran Citizenship

Æfira welcomes those who wish to become part of its national community. Anyone may seek Æfiran citizenship, regardless of age, gender, nationality, ethnicity, religious or political affiliation, or other distinctions.

Liberty, democracy, justice, friendship and civility are among the cornerstones of Æfiran society. If you share these values and wish to join that society, you are encouraged to apply for naturalization as an Æfiran citizen. Provided that you have demonstrated an interest in Æfiran affairs, do not appear likely to violate the law, and are not seeking citizenship for fraudulent purposes, your application should be approved without difficulty.

As an Æfiran citizen, you will assume both rights and responsibilities. You will be entitled to participate in Æfiran public life, to vote at elections, to serve in public office, and to freely enter Æfiran territory. It will be your duty to be loyal to the King and the country, and you will be required to obey the laws of Æfira at all times, whether inside or outside the national territory.

If you have questions about Æfiran citizenship or would like more information, you are invited to contact His Majesty’s Stationery Office; we will be glad to offer assistance. If you are ready to apply for naturalization in Æfira, please fill in the form below to submit your application.

Application for Naturalization

The granting of Æfiran citizenship is at the discretion of the Sovereign. If your application is approved, you will be required to take an oath or affirmation of citizenship, as prescribed by the Nationality and Citizenship Act 2008, section 9.
